Health FMC Ashwaubenon has decided to no longer carry samples. We will only be offering vouchers and saving cards
to our patients. We will receive vouchers Monday-Friday between 1:00-2:00pm. Thank you for complying with our
request to now supply only vouchers and saving cards.

Please
note that we need to clean up after our lunches. This includes disposing of any additional food and food
containers. Our conference rooms are utilized by other groups in the building and the condition the rooms are left in
is embarrassing. If the Drug Reps want to continue to do lunches at our location, they need to clean up afterwards.
This will be noted as the first warning. If specific Drug Reps do not comply, they will
be removed from the list to provide lunches.
